The "Api::getIssue" call ignores "$expand"

When I'm making Api::getIssue call I'm passing $expand parameter set to "project", but still getting all issue fields with renderedFields,names,schema,operations,editmeta,changelog,versionedRepresentations expand.

Maybe also bug in JIRA.

According to the used API call, Jira documentation the expand parameter can't be used for that.

What I should be using is fields parameter.

The #220 should address that.
