Tag a Stable Release for the 2.x Branch

currently its hard to depend on your Library in @stable Composer Dependencies. So it would be cool if you could a 2.0.0

There will be a 2.0.0 version eventually, but not right now. There is a list of things, that needs to be taken care of before releasing.
