Unable to push to non-existent repo

At least on quay.io we have either a bug or some confusing behavior that's worth investigating where we may hit an error trying to push to a repo that isn't already created with oras-py:

Possible something we'll need to report up to oras-py (and maybe contribute a fix if needed 😄 )

currently we could recommend when using Olot with Quay.io, to create the Repository first. and potentially use better a Robot account.

this would be a nice extension.
