Playground does not show whole conversation unless refreshed

Bug description

With the Granite 3.3 model, if you send a prompt, after a few seconds, <thinking is displayed but then nothing is displayed. The res of the conversation is not displayed unless you refresh the playground UI by various ways: switching to a different desktop application and then switch back to Podman Desktop, switch to a different Podman AI Lab page and back to playground

Seems this is an issue with reasoning models that output a tag. For me the context eventually loads after it output from the beginning.

Should we aim to filter these tags from the end user?
