Quadlets: Why is there no CPU limit option?

In the [Container] section you can have a memory limit like this:
Memory=3072M

But there is no corresponding section to limit CPU. Why is that?

As a workaround it can be passed as an extra argument:
PodmanArgs=--cpus=2
