Total reclaimed space reports nonsensical value

Issue Description

After podman system prune podman reports that it reclaimed more than total disc capacity:
Total reclaimed space: 198.4GB

However, df reports "Avail" as 24G after prune. Which is not possible by any means of compression given that data inside is mostly binary files or so.

In reality, podman reclaimed less than 10GB.
