Issue Description

A simple start of the container fails with

Error relocating /lib/ld-musl-x86_64.so.1: RELRO protection failed: No error information

Steps to reproduce the issue

There are differences in running different versions of rclone/rclone from docker.io (and ghcr.io)

docker.io/rclone/rclone:1.72.0 vs docker.io/rclone/rclone:v1.72-stable

rclone/rclone:1.72.0 adds a layer
1 ADD alpine-minirootfs-3.22.2-x86_64.tar.gz / # buildkit
while rclone/rclone:v1.72-stable (1.72.1 probably) adds
1 ADD alpine-minirootfs-3.23.0-x86_64.tar.gz / # buildkit

which runs into unexpected behavior - Steps to reproduce the issue:

$ podman run --name rclone-sync-i --replace -ti --rm --entrypoint=ash docker.io/rclone/rclone:1.72.0

Describe the results you received

It is noteworthy that rclone itself has no problems, only when the shell is required in the quadlet, e.g., in

Environment=RCLONE_PASSWORD_COMMAND=“cat /run/secrets/password”

the job is then terminated.

I would not expect any problems between these version jumps...

@opelx I'm guessing you have podman 5.7.1 from the official fedora 43 rpm? Also, what's rpm -q container-selinux say for you?

EDIT: rpm -q selinux-policy as well please.

Unable to reproduce this on vanilla Fedora 43 either. @opelx your /etc/os-release says CoreOS, so I wonder if something coreos specific. Let's start with collecting rpm info ^.
