This test case asks the agent to:

1. Retrieve full text of PMID:28027860 using simple-pubmed MCP
2. Find a table describing diagnostic certainty levels for Sleep-Related Hypermotor Epilepsy (SHE)
3. Extract the three levels from the table
4. Compare the extracted answer to the expected answer using DeepEval's CorrectnessMetric

Why this test succeeded: simple-pubmed uses PubMed E-utilities API, which has full text access for this article (unlike Europe PMC, which ARTL uses).

This is an interesting finding — the retrieval layer clearly matters more than people assume for these evaluations.
