Feature Request - Configurable Commit Signature

Problem

Currently, when the Continue CLI generates commit messages, it automatically includes a signature like:

Generated with [Continue](https://continue.dev)

Co-Authored-By: Continue <[email protected]>

This signature is hard-coded and cannot be disabled, which some users may find undesirable for their workflow or organisational policies.
