The 502 is just Continue surfacing all the fallback failures together. Underneath: zai is rate-limited (429, "usage limit reached for 5 hour", resets at 21:31:39 per the message) and both ollama1/ollama2 are 403s because your ollama.com subscription payment is past due, it literally says to update your payment method at ollama.com/settings/billing. Fix the billing or drop those two providers from the config and the chain stops failing.
