Moving the Continue view causes the current chat draft to be lost

- IDE version: VSCode 1.96.4

Description

In VSCode, moving the Continue chat view to another sidebar or panel causes any drafted prompt to be lost from the chat textbox.

I had a lengthy one typed that I lost to this.

To reproduce

1. Open Continue in a sidebar or panel.
2. Type some text in the chat box without sending it.
3. Move the view to a different side bar or panel by dragging or right-clicking its icon or name.
4. Notice that the text typed in step 2 is now missing.

@cooperra I'm sorry, it looks like this issue has slipped through the cracks. The issue is still reproducible although to be honest, we most likely won't prioritize this because it's an extremely rare edge case. Most users only ever move the chat view once, when they first set up Continue.

Yeah, it's definitely a low priority thing, but thanks for the acknowledgement. It's been a while since I wrote this, so I might be misremembering things, but I may have been trying to switch between sidebar and separate window mode when this happened. That would be a more common use case to consider.

@cooperra I have since noticed this issue when switching between my personal account and an org account. I'll keep an out on this.
