Apply shell command is just printing first line

If any shell command is given as suggestion by model and user clicks on apply then it only prints first line in shell not all commands.

To reproduce

Ask continue to how to install react in any nodejs project. it will suggest some npm command try to apply those. it will just print one line.

@vivex can you confirm if that bug is still there. I've tried using local models and API models both of them are working fine.
