modelgenExample is out of date

I've had to work through some problems with the current modelgenExample:

• run.sh is using old arguments
• json schemas don't use the newer cfgProperties and operProperties

@rhim We're not going to use modelgen at this time, was looking to use it to codegen some generic models for out own projects. I was just filing this so you were aware that that example directory is not functional, which I discovered while evaluating it. :)
