Cannot generate config using the Flatpak version

Using the Flatpak installer, cannot generate a default config file.

Since, using the .deb on very updated Debian yield an error libyaml conflict.

Make sure to fine tune the install process.

Steps to reproduce

flatpak run org.contourterminal.Contour generate config to ~/.config/contour/contour.yml

Expected Behavior

Expected output: Template config file in ~/.config/contour/contour.yml

Actual Behavior

cat ~/.config/contour/contour.yml

cat: No such file or directory

Similary it seems that the config file isn't even read.

flatpak run org.contourterminal.Contour config /home/XXXX/.config/contour/contour.yml

doesn't change anything.
