Be able to customize Host/Service Column Attributes in Raw Log Viewer

For example, when using something like Stern with Gonzo, Stern emits logs with "namespace" and "podName" attributes when using JSON output.

These attributes are visible in log detail, but it would be helpful to see them in the log list view, possibly by being able to customize what attributes show up in these 2 columns. (currently "host" and "service")

I also see that Host and Service are empty when I use stream out of stern (even with -o json), that would be really nice to see!

It would be useful if we could customize the message column and add more columns based on the Json fields

For example when I need to check nginx logs I can do:

stern . -n ingress-nginx -o json --since 1m \
| jq -c '
  . as $s
  | ($s.message | fromjson? // {}) as $n
  | {
      http_host: $n.http_host,
      status: $n.status,
      request: $n.request,
      remote_addr: $n.remote_addr
    }
' \
| gonzo

if this 4 fields could appear as a column in gonzo, it would be much easier te see and identify data
