[General] New beta release

We integrate all the new beta CTX packages, especially, we integrate CTSolvers for the first time.

• No more name duplication in import / export names.
• New solve methods: canonical, descriptive, explicit.
• Tests on all API methods.
• Exhaustive tests for the solve methods: cpu, gpu, adnlp, exa, madnlp, ipopt, collocation...
• Review of the documentation: initial guess ([Doc] Initial guess presentation #696), solve, etc.

Add tests to check if the Modelers options are well passed when calling

function nlp_model(
    prob::DiscretizedOptimalControlProblem,
    initial_guess,
    modeler
)::NLPModels.AbstractNLPModel
    return build_model(prob, initial_guess, modeler)
end

with both ADNLPModeler and ExaModeler. Build the model and then check if the options are passed inspecting the output arguments.

In descriptive mode, to force an unknown option to be passed, use route_to. How to do that?
