Add populate gdrive environment #17
Description
If this environment is set it means the user wants to move large amounts of data per day as a initial upload to Google Drive.
The reason this is needed is because rclone rc sync is limited in options, specific options especially useful when uploading large sets of data like --drive-stop-on-upload-limit and --cutoff-mode soft are not supported. Therefor the normal copy or move command will have to be used in this situation so the drive API will not get spammed with requests that will fail anyway
