7.0.0 does not add "Build System" section to Changelog

Updated to standard-version@7.0.0 and the release notes did not contain the "Build System" commits. Reverting to 6.0.1 seems to fix this.

I also noticed that it was bumping the wrong version. I was at 0.3.3 with a "feat" commit, it bumped to 0.3.4 instead of 0.4.0. Again, reverting to 6.0.1 fixes this.

@stonebk – I think this an issue with the migration away from the Angular preset as the default. build type messages are not included in the Conventional Commits specification which we use as the default configuration for standard-version as of version 6... it rendering in 6.0.1 seems likeit could have been a bug.

I think we can better clarify this in our README.

If you'd like for build type messages to continue to display, you could provide your own configuration for the types attribute.

@jbottigliero thanks for the clarification! I figured this was some kind of configuration change, but wasn't quite sure how to configure the previous behavior (which I have grown to like). Perhaps a migration note in the CHANGELOG on how to restore the previous angular preset?
