versionCode doesn't increment

Am I missing something, is this the intended behaviour?
yarn standard-version --skip.commit --skip.changelog --skip.tag

Describe the bug
Bumping the versionCode has an unexpected jump

Current behavior
Major gap from previous code.

Expected behavior
Increment by 1

Environment

• standard-version version(s): [e.g. v6.0.0, v8.0.0, master]
• Node/npm version: [e.g. Node 10/npm 6]
