Slow Docker startup (15+ minutes) after docker-compose down and rebuild

Hi, thanks for maintaining this great project! When I rebuild the project, it takes nearly 15 minutes to start up. I think the problem relates to Traefik. Does anyone else have the same issue?
Is this expected behavior with the current Docker setup?
