Is there a way to disable the Command Center completely?

It's just my tic, that whenever I see a webapp forwarding shell commands it makes me nervous.
I'm sure it's useful for those who don't/can't ssh into their server, but I can harden sshd with lots of stuff, and the command Center just seems like an attack vector out of my control.

So is there a way to turn it off, kind of how you can turn off registration?
