as for tangled, they don't have an api yet.
I asked them in discord and you can get the repos of a user with:

GET https://<pds-name-here>/xrpc/com.atproto.repo.listRecords?repo=<user-did-here>&collection=sh.tangled.repo

I just didn't get around to implement that.

As for gitgrasp and radicle: I have to check the apis for those two.
Pijul won't work because don't use git.

edit: Maybe I am wrong but gitgrasp doesn't look like it is a hosting platform for git repos. It is a git based protocol?
