Python 0: Install Python, IDE, and intro to programming principles

Python is still a weird and sometimes complicated thing to install. We need to either link to some great install guides or make our own. We will also need to show the basics of installing VS Code and list other options. Lastly we should ramp up on the basic programming principles (variables, lists, loops, commenting)
