how to load / download file from emulated system

Hi all,

i've a question for you.

After choose a Operation system to emulate , how i can load a program ,execute it and read / write files with this program in emulation ?

E.g. i choose dos emulation.

I've a program and i want load with this program in emulation a older file , modify and download the file after modification.

It's possible ?

How ?

download the img where you saved it -> open the file with 7zip -> unpack the file -> done
