Drop Transaction account once transaction is executed

We can add an account key to Transaction which will receive SOL which were locked as account rent exemption once the transaction is executed (did_execute will not be required anymore).

The main reason to not garbage collect the account is that it makes it more difficult for UIs to display the data.
