[Feature Request] Reply messages from IOS - Notification Forwarding Integration IOS 26.5

Open this request also here because technically it requires work on both the app and the OS. Anyway, Apple has publicly released this feature on IOS 26.5, mostly in the EU countries, it seems for now (Visible on mine). But it would be a historic moment for Pebble to be able to reply to iMessage with a quick reply or a microphone input.

We'd love to but are blocked right now due to PRF (pebble recovery firmware, the 'QR code' screen that you see when you receive your Pebble) not supporting the new iOS accessory connection framework that is required to use this feature. We have a request out to Apple to relax this requirement.

@sjp4 would be able to fill in more info if needed.

Yeah we'd love to support this, but not possible right now because the feature requires using AccessorySetupKit, which is not compatible with CBPeripheralManager (which is required to connected to all Pebble watches right now). Potentially we could migrate Core watches to not require that (by hosting the GATT service on the watch instead of the phone), but we'd need a separate iOS app just to update them, and would need to also update recovery firmware to support that - and that would leave legacy watches unsupported.

@sjp4 It seems more complicated to implement than I thought.
Question: Let's suppose all of that is implemented. Could it be used by any user, regardless of country, as long as we build our own version with Xcode?
Because in theory, it should be possible.
