Make regexes for rule IDs configurable

At the moment the regexes for finding triggered rules in logs are [hardcoded](https://github.com/coreruleset/go-ftw/blob/main/waflog/read.go#L23). It would be nice if this can be made configurable so we are not limited to the only log format that these regexes support.
