sometimes 999999-XX tests randomly fail (coraza)

i think this is new since upgraded to CRS 4.25 (or coraza 3.7.0), at least i never had this issue before

sometimes when we run the complete test suite, one of the 999999-XX tests fails.

• It does not always happen, and it is not always the same test.
• It happens not very often, maybe once per 20 test runs, or even less

I can't reproduce this issue locally, but I also don't have the same image. Could you run go-ftw with --trace? The output will be very verbose but we'll see exactly what the issue is. If you could also archive the log file, that would help even more.
