Changes done in coronal and sagittal views are not reflected after viewing changes

For highlighting the changes made by Brush/Lasso in a different color, we are comparing original pixel data with updated pixel data and storing the pixel data with highlight back in the labelmap2d but after that no other changes are saved in the updated pixel data.
