[Bug] Image Rendering Issue

Describe the Bug

The image gets rendered as single line. Looks like the plane of the image gets changed and also rotates to a certain angle.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the viewer where the rendering begins (CPU rendering using Cornerstone 3d

2.0). Use Chrome browser.
2. Before the rendering is complete move to the next tab.
3. Come back to the tab to see the single line rendering of the image.

The current behavior

1. Single line gets rendered on the canvas. This is happening since moving to Cornerstone 3D 2.0 version
2. Canvas size is getting set correctly.

The expected behavior

Image should properly rendered without rotation
