As a user, I am confused when reading the lengthy warning about either QR code invalid or test already registered.
The message states at least two possible reasons in one sentence and fails (at least in my opinion) to convey a clear call to action.
As I understand, the call to action is: do nothing in the app and wait to get a test result on another channel (which I already have got when I read that message).
Original message in German: "QR-Code ist ungültig"
QR-Code ist ungültig
Der QR-Code ist ungültig oder wurde bereits auf Ihrem Smartphone registriert
(much more text follows, see attached screenshot)
The wording should be improved.
Maybe it would be more clear to state that there is currently no way to fix the error, thus it should be ignored, the app should be closed. Or should the user dismiss the message and try to find a working registration in the app's waste basket? If this is the recommended action, please add a primary button that takes the user directly into the waste basket. Even better would be, if the app could check the basket to prevent giving false hopes and distracting users.
Anyway, in case there is nothing the user can do, the message should be much shorter!
Detailed explanations might be offered with a "read more" link / button as secondary call to action.
