Applet stops working after some time

Bug Description

App works fine initially, but after some time it will no longer open - clicking/right-clicking the panel icon has no effect. No errors appear in logs that I can find. Sometimes it comes back to life after a few minutes.

Expected Result

App works consistently

Steps to Reproduce

Boot laptop. Work for some time (30 minutes?). Try to access the app via the panel icon.

Additional Information

Fresh install of Pop 24.04 Cosmic beta on a new Thinkpad T14s Gen 6 AMD.

Logs

No logs were displayed using the suggested log command:

@wiiznokes a fix would be fantastic - as the app is unfortunately not usable for me at present :-(

OK - this has been running for me now for about 3.5 hours with no issues - am hopeful this issue is fixed. Will report back again at the end of the day.

@wiiznokes After a full day of work, the clipboard manager version you sent is still working great - no issues at all. Thanks again for the fast turnaround - it's a huge win to have this applet working!!

I can not reproduce this - it only happened that one time. If I encounter the problem again, I will try to make note of the situation and see if I can reproduce it.

Alright, it seems to also make cosmic-files crash ...

@wiiznokes - just FYI, I am continuing to have problems with the app. It either works flawlessly, or not at all. When I say "not at all", I mean no copied content ever appears within the app. When it is not working, if I clear the app, I can go and copy content from a bunch of applications, and none of the copied content is ever reflected in the app. When it is working, it is great.

I have not been able to detect a pattern as to when it works and when it doesn't - at this point it is a coin toss when I access the app, if the content I just copied will be there for me to use or not.

Obviously not a great situation. I am not sure how to help identify what the cause is - if there is some log I can retrieve or anything else I can do from a diagnostics perspective to help I am happy to.
