Flatpak App doesn't follow system theme

Installed app: Latest Flatpak version
OS: ArchLinux COSMIC Beta 1

I don't know if this a feature request or just a bug, but here it goes. It seems that the Flatpak application uses the default color theme and not the color scheme I create from Appearance. Also this extends to the dialogs when you click the logo menu icon (not only the actual window of the app)

This is an interesting one, we had a bug report for this a while ago (I think also on Arch) and I was not able to replicate at all. The flatpak is setup to be able to read and write to your configs and so it should be reading all of your theme information and displaying correctly. Arch is my main distro and I've never been able to replicate an issue.

It seems like something unknown is going on with permissions or, at a stretch, it might be something that clears up after a restart as this often fixes any flatpak weirdness I have with any app.

Failing that, I'll do some testing on fresh installs and see if I can replicate

I made a fresh vm with a minimal arch linux installation to have the dialog and version number, just in case
