Time slider clarity

• Bring over TEMPO-Lite functionality where if there are a small number of time steps, the slider ticks only go part way across the slider instead of going all the way across.
• See if it's feasible to make the time slider tick spacing more clearly reflect the actual time differences btw ticks. (make them closer to linearly spaced rather than evenly spaced).
