OAuth: State not found in session, are you sure you stored it?

Issue Description

Hello there, since I updated to "Librarian" Dokuwiki, I cannot login anymore. The final response of OAuth process is:

OAuth: State not found in session, are you sure you stored it?

• Dokuwiki session cookie is set.
• Return url is: doku.php?code=mcM06a2vFqAwo4pYRP_ofWUUeLYrOHbJIIFOfqvffpA&state= state variable is empty 👀
• I'm using oauthgeneric, and I added $conf['plugin']['oauthgeneric']['needs-state'] = 0; but without any effect
