Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to be able to create a container based on a local cosmo.json file. Currently I have to commit my changes to a branch even if I just want to try something out with e.g. a specific artifact.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if could say "COSMO Alpaca: Create container based on cosmo.json" from VS Code where I then have to select a local cosmo.json file or the currently opened editor
