Simple parameter examples are not up to date

I have just tried out deploying a Couchbase deployment on Azure using a template based on the simple.yaml. The example is not up to date. It is missing cloudName and other attributes. The same applies for many other examples in parameters/. 

Please update the set of examples. It would be nice to have working examples for one cluster deployments: simple and MDS.
