XDCR protocol version 1 broken

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start couchbase 4 (instance 1) with beer-sample bucket
2. Start couchbase 4(or 3 no matter) (instance 2)
3. Add remote cluster on instance 1
4. Create replication from instance 1 beer-sample bucket to instance 2 default bucket
5. Wait some time and get an error

The error has been fixed - https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-15084. Pls see if pulling the latest code helps.
