nginx and s3mock are started even if Enterprise Analytics image is not found

When allocating an Enterprise Analytics cluster, if cbdinocluster can't locate/pull the EA server image it still deploys the nginx and s3mock, leaving the cluster in a weird state:

Could this be solved by pulling the EA image before starting the satellite containers?
