Build conda package for courseraresearchexports

courseraresearchexport installation works OK with pip, but requires a variety of system packages to be available.

By following http://conda.pydata.org/docs/build_tutorials/pkgs.html we should be able to build a conda package that hopefully makes the installation process easier.

courseraresearchexports is now available as a conda package for OSX-64 https://anaconda.org/coursera/courseraresearchexports

In conda environments, installing with pip should still be fine, but if issues arise we can update the conda package accordingly.
