Move ferry-data off GitHub?

We are storing large files that are changing very frequently on GitHub. I don't think this is an ethical usage of GitHub service. (Of course it's common but probably not good.) Once we figure out a good way to do incremental changes and provide good logs, maybe we can get rid of ferry-data and store it in a self-hosted location.
