Sheduled TWAP part shows 'pending execution' state

1. Place a twap order
2. wait till the 1st part is executed
3. check the Fills at column for another, scheduled part

AR: it says 'pending execution'

ER: it should show dash.
'Pending execution' should appear if the part is Open
