App icon is not shimmering when open the app in another device

1. Place a swap order on 1 device
2. Open the app in another device, connect to the same wallet/chain

AR: there is an open swap order. but the app icon is not shimmering

ER: the app icon should be in shimmering state when there is an open Swap order (and is fillable)
