Progress bar: no additional warning when cancellation fails

2. Do not close the progress bar
3. Cancel the order closer to the 3rd progress bar step (so it will likely fail)
4. Wait till the order is filled

AR: order completed progress bar modal appears, but there is no 'oops' message on it
