Connect Wallet modal breaks if was closed using swipe

How to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

On the mobile:

1. Go to https://swap.cow.fi/
2. Click on Connect Wallet
3. Swipe the modal down swiftly, so modal should close
4. Click on Connect Wallet again

Actual behavior

Modal preserves previous Y position. You can't swipe it again.

Expected behavior

Modal opens with origin Y position(0). You are able to swipe it again.
