AppData: page may become unscrollable

1. Open https://explorer.cow.fi/appdata?tab=encode
2. scroll down to the bottom of the page
3. fill in Liquidity provider address field with a random value
4. try to scroll up or down the page using a mouse wheel

AR: impossible (until the page refresh)

ER: it should be possible to scroll the page
