Progress bar starts with ‘Price change’ message

The issue might be related to ‘too long to update allowances’ issue.

1. Place an order right after a token’s approval (or with a permit)
   Or place an order in Safe with a bundled TX (approve+place order)
2. Once placed, check the progress bar

AR: It starts with the ‘Price change’ message, but then the screen is changed to ‘order filled’

ER: the progress bar should start with the 1st step. always.
