feat: Store more information on quote competition

Problem

The quote competition has become a important part of the mechanism. But information on quote responses is currently only available in logs. This makes it difficult for the solver team to debug issues with quotes and to assess the state of the quote competition.

This has been an issue for some time. It is becomes most visible whenever we test new integrations.

It also limits testing new ideas around rewards in the quote competition.

Suggested solution

Store all solutions submitted for a quote, not just the winning quote.
