Make sure everything for Lens+COW is on Dune

Description

As a member of the solver team I would like all contracts and addresses for COW to be on Dune

Context

• Merge Dune spellbook PR's (here and here)
• Dune indexing for vouching on Lens
• Update slippage query on Dune
• Update all kinds of dune queries (e.g. lens as parameter, lens native token address, ...)
• Update solver documentation with Dune requirements for new networks

Is blocking:

• Bihourly order- and batch-data on Dagster for Lens
• Weekly solver accounting on Dagster for Lens
