Update ingress-nginx chart to mitigate CVE-2025-1974

In light of CVE-2025-1974 ([blog](https://kubernetes.io/blog/2025/03/24/ingress-nginx-cve-2025-1974/), [issue](https://github.com/kubernetes/kubernetes/issues/131009)) the embedded ingress-nginx chart should be updated to a version that ships the ingress controller with the latest security patches.
